All returns and/or exchanges must be initiated here

All merchandise must be returned unworn, unwashed, and undamaged

Exchanges are only available when requesting a different size for the same product

How long does it take to process a return?
All returns and exchanges are processed within a week of the package’s arrival at our warehouse. If you have been refunded, once the refund has processed it usually takes about 5-10 business days for it to show up in your account. If you are experiencing any delays with seeing the funds back in your account, please contact your bank provider. What if my items are damaged or defective?

What’s Our Cancele and Refund policy?
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours from the moment you order. We will charge a restocking fee of 4.99.00 USD on this cancellation.

You cannot get a refund except if you have the following case:
- You do not receive your order at all.
- It has not been 24 hours since you placed the order!
